Copper

Plastic metal of red colour, malleable and soft. Copper is characterized by high electrical conduction, heat conduction, plasticity, corrosion resistance in the atmospheric conditions, fresh and sea water. Copper is the main conducting material, which is only slightly inferior to silver in electrical conduction.

Copper is widely used in the electrovacuum equipment. Copper is also applied in production of heat exchangers, piping. More than 30% of copper is spent for alloy materials.

Fusion temperature is 1083 °C.
