Lead
Lead is characterized by high plasticity, corrosion resistance and easy for thin sheet and lead foil rolling. It is widely used as the base component for such alloys like babbit, solders, alloys for pressure casting, as an alloying element in copper and copper-nickel alloys.
Lead is used in production of the cable sheath, accumulators, corrosion-resistant equipment.
Fusion temperature is 327.5 °C.
